In this scene from the great film "Layali El hob", directed by "Helmy Rafla" in 1955, and acted by the “El Andaleeb” Abdel Halim Hafez, we see a clear -and funny- presentation of how middle layer management blocks the voice of innovative employees for their own personal benefits. Just placing a single paper on top of the file is enough to block the message!
Exaggerated? might be! But it happens for sure! Junior employees might not be as innovative as "Ahmed Momtaz" in this great scene, but they are for sure more aware about the threats and the problems of the company as they are more exposed to clients and to vendors, and sometimes to competitors.
In a computer Services Company, who are the most employees exposed to company’s true Problems? Usually technicians who do the visits and take the complaints! While in most companies there is a reporting system that enables these technicians to report issues they confront in their visits, this reporting system is usually centralized around specific problems they encounter, it doesn’t allow them to state a global problem or a general suggestion that might be of a big importance to the company!

To ensure complete seriousness, the log issuer must specify beside the Log Description a Recommended Action!
